    Leuleui has been good in England. He was very raw when he left and the English game is quite structured so I think having him at 7 will provide stability and allow Johnson to play more naturally as a 6.

    I dunno, I doubt people will talk up Prince for Origin because it might mean ditching Cronk. Cronk is everybody's darling at the moment; he can do no wrong even when he plays badly.

    The thing with Cronk is that he's only player I'd be confident in to actually consistently add something to the side from Queensland's #17 spot regardless of the match situation, and for that reason I'd probably be looking at getting someone else in at halfback unless I thought he was conclusively ahead of everyone else. Obviously it's stupid to weaken your halfback spot in order to find someone to make an impact from the bench for 20 minutes but if I thought Cherry-Evans or Prince were roughly as good as Cronk I'd make the change tbh.

    Of course it'll never happen though. Sacrilege etc etc.

    I'll clarify. For the last 2-3 yrs, right around the time the Origin squads are looking at being picked, Prince has a blinder in one of his games. Guaranteed, 1 of the commentators will talk him up for a spot in Origin during the game. Won $20 off my brother this season just gone because of it. :)
