    Surprisingly poor tactical game here from Martinez.

    Deulofeu should definitely been on the right from the start and Naismith on the left. Pretty much taking the threat of the cross out of it since Coleman can't overlap on the right as Naismith continually drifts in and Deulofeu won't look for Baines.

    At least Naismith drifting from the left gives the option to cut and shoot or beat a man to play a ball in for Lukaku and can draw Clyne in field to give Baines room for the cross.
    Whole half has pretty much been Coleman occupying the wing with Naismith playing off Lukaku. Really ugly looking shape.

    Just an all round poor performance. Soton wanted it more and it was just awful from a tactical standpoint from Martinez.

    Going down 2-0 to a couple of terrible OGs doesn't help but Everton looked impotent for the majority of the match.

    Fuck knows how Hereford stayed up. The performance away at Tamworth was shocking, but two close wins in a row and Chester fucking it up, means they've stayed up on goals differences.
