    Yeh would have to sort out the two tiers to begin with then do something with the draft to make sure the second tier was actually a lesser competition.

    E.g

    Round 1 - Top tier teams get pick
    Round 2- Top tier teams get pick
    Round 3 - Second tier teams get pick

    and repeat...

    Have fun cutting that list down to 20

    by my count only about 12 have a really decent amount of knowledge judging by football threads.

    Should just not be killjoys and let whoever wants to join enter.

    Premier league doesn't kick out the other teams cause they don't have the same calibre of players as ManU,ManC,Gunners,Spurs,Newcastle and Chelski

    The EPL only lets 20 teams in though so there's a decent structure.
