I know it's just fucking rip offs but I reckon the wolf mother debut is fucking awesome. Saw them closing out splendour when they were in their prime and I was right up the front off my head and the crowd went fucking nuts.
I don't think so - Stockdale sounds kinda like Ozzy, but I think that's as far as it goes. Their debut album is one of my favourite albums of all time. I saw them before the album came out, and I think I've seen them 3 or 4 times since then. The problem was - they toured that same fucking album for 4 years! It got old, people got sick of it and they didn't back it up. As far as I'm aware, their hand was forced by the record label. They did these global tours - then by the time they got to sit down and write again they were over each other. It's a shame
