Andrew Fifita controversy

What's everyone make of it? I know Addo-Carr does his little try celebration thing for his relatives that are in prison but it seems a little different to showing support for a specific perpetrator of a high-profile crime.

    Andrew Fifita is a dog.

Yeah this is fucking bullshit upon reflecting on it. It's a young bloke he coached and most of his friends probably disappeared when he did this. He's a shit cunt for writing it on his arm or whatever but I have no problem with him being a friend of the bloke.

I'm a very close friend of a couple of blokes who've served sentences (outside) and they're both top blokes.

  4. Magic AJ Parker

Can't say I know too much about Fifita's story but this whole consorting with criminals thing is a fucking load of shit.

Greenburg needs to back the fuck up and solve some of the real problems in the game and worry less about who's friends with who.

Oh right and turn a blind eye to players hanging out with drug dealers and lowlifes. How did that turn out for Foran? Fifita is a dodgy bastard and a bad egg his club and the game should dispose of ASAP imo.

Just another example of professional athlete's personal lives being unfairly intruded upon. It's nauseating. Mind your own business for god's sake.

So a player being warned for showing support to a convicted killer in public, hence rubbing it in the victim's families face, makes you feel ill. Riiiiiiight.

Just to clarify, the response was mainly to Magic regarding the topic which I've commented on in the past. Consorting with criminals etc. That's a gross violation of privacy and liberty.

I don't know anything about the Fifita incident, hence my comments were not directed at it.

Incidentally your comment about Foran is fucking preposterous.

Given the amount of match fixing scandals recently I can understand why they're suddenly taking this sort of action.

  10. Fiery GR Smith

Wrong. He hangs out with Eddie Hayson FFS. And, like you, has massive gambling and mental health issues. I don't think these things are unrelated.

It's not relevant whether they're related. You seem to imagine the NRL should be in the business of telling grown men who they can and can't hang around as if they were kids. Sounds like you're overcompensating again for your own children's neglect.

You have no idea. Of course they have every right to warn players if they are seen hanging out with gangsters and ex-cons. They have the reputation of the game to protect.

Let's just let them turn up to grounds in leathers with Lone Wolf gang insignia shall we? Maybe let them sell drugs in the changing rooms and to kids seeking signatures after the game.

And STFU about my kids you lowlife. They'll be waking up soon and I'll make them breakfast. I might not be perfect but they think I'm a great Dad doing a great job. If you had such great parents you might not have ended up such a loser.

Eddie Hayson you mean the bloke who's famously known for being a big punter who never pays up on his debts?

    The irony.

No they don't. They simply do not have that right.

  18. Fiery GR Smith

I don't have a gambling problem. Hayson, Foran and Faithful do

lol my only gambling problem is germ cunts who don't pay me what they owe.

Yeah I can see that being a problem for you. Not something that concerns me though. If you left your bedroom and seeked gainful employment you wouldn't have to rely so heavily on me.
