    - The NSW kicking game will be severely diminished. But Reynolds' complete lack of any other facet of a game representing a first grade half means NSW will be much stronger whether it's Moylan (who is tipped to start) or Bird.

    - No ifs ands or buts Josh Papalii has been Qld's best forward. Only him and McGuire have really had any great impact so Qld are at a genuine risk of being dominated in the middle third for 75% + of the game. With more creativity in the halves this could prove very dangerous for them.

    - Qld's bench is stupid. Cooper should start because there really isn't much point having a bloke who can only play left second row on the bench. Realistically should be the send off for Myles, Thaiday and maybe Lillyman with Napa, Papalii and Lowe definite upgrades for 2017.

    - Everyone has been singing Maloney's praises but he was PATHETIC in game 2. There's no-one banging the door down so his retention isn't too silly but.... Now he'll be pressured even more in the halfback role. If NSW dominate possession and position and don't win it will probably be because of Maloney (or Ferguson who is an absolute bum, genuinely wouldn't make several backlines in the NRL). And that will be a 6 game 1 & 5 record for Maloney which should see a permanent red cross through his name considering the form of Austin for 2 seasons now and the return of Hayne who will need to play 6, and the realistic albeit sad notion that Pearce is a much better #7 than him.

    - Outside of the spine, the NSW team is far superior. But that doesn't really seem to matter.

    - On the NSW backrow, besides it being a joke that they dropped Bird, Jackson should play lock with Frizell on an edge IMO.

It's honestly a battle between QLD's struggling middle third and NSW's inability to score points. Whichever is less shit is probably going to win.

Myles, Scott, Moylan, Tedesco. A lot hinges on how these four footballers play.

I still can't believe both Bird and Cordner are fit to play but neither of them will be. That is ludicrous.

    Is Lillyman starting, Harry?

I think Moylan would have a smart and effective short-kicking game, but Maloney is no doubt going to dominate 5th play and the end of every set will just be absolutely nothing.

    Honestly not sure.

You little cockroaches... come on. You wanna play games? Okay, I play with you; come on. Okay. You wanna play rough? Okay. Say hello to my little friend!

    FIRE UP COCKROACH!

Joey: "This is origin, you can't send someone to the bin for that"

It's a professional foul you dumb cunt, you absolutely can and should bin someone for that

  9. Lukic L Popovic

    Is tedesco playing well?

  10. Tartmaster AJ James

    Few threatening runs

    Fuck we're rubbish

Not really, he's predictable as hell and Qld have read every one of his runs. He needs to throw a pass closer to the line a bit to change it up. His go to move of ggetting the ball on a defenders outside shoulder and beating them for pace isn't working at all, and they're ready for him to try and step back inside as well. Has to throw a pass closer to the line to vary it a little.

That is one of the worst officiated halves I have ever seen. Forward pass from Maloney, Moylan blatant ruck infringement, Maloney knocks on and gets a penalty for it. 6 ruck penalties to 0. It's farcical.

It's essentially what the sin bin is for, Joey needs to lay of the drugs. Plus they were just warned about it anyway...

  15. Magic AJ Parker

Would it hurt Tedesco to have a look when he runs the ball, he's bombed one try and left 2 or 3 good chances out on the field.

May as well just have Dugan in the 1.

Now you know how it feels to go for NSW - you whinging cunt. (What any NSW fan is called if they make similar complaints).

  17. Flack SA Flack

Exactly, he has the same two moves, and nothing else, and it's not working against good defence.

  18. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

It is simply not possible to give that many ruck penalties all to the same side and non to the other. Absolute joke.

  19. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Ugh please. When has it ever been 6 ruck penalties to 0 and 9-1 to QLD overall in one fucking half. Give me a fucking break. That is farcical.

Dat ball from Moylan to Jackson was fucking sexual, why on earth that's happened once in 40 minutes from any player is ridiculous.
