Wasn't a very difficult test match then. :ninja:

Nice to pick up a win in any case. Just a pity that a proper Crusaders v England game isn't really practically possible, it'd be really competitive.

If there were no unforced errors ever in sport it would be really fucking boring.

What a pointless interview with Lancaster there.

If he's not going to tell you about team selection the first time you ask, he's not going to do it the next eight times either.

Having had a look it turns out this Crusaders side was about as good as they could manage with their All Blacks out, 7 of their XV that won the last two games started. So they weren't fielding pushovers.

England to win the 3rd test. :ninja:

  7. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

Not the worst injury to get. I thought Burns handled Nonu alot better than Farrell did

Eng XV: Brown, Ashton, Tuilagi, Eastmond, Yarde, Burns, Youngs; Marler, Hartley, Wilson, Lawes, Parling, Wood, Robshaw (c), Vunipola

Bench: Webber, Mullan, Brookes, Launchbury, Morgan, Dickson, Cipriani, Burrell

  9. Squeaks ZW Poole

    Cruden starting over Barrett

Would say Barrett will get 30 odd minutes though I guess

  10. Jabba HJ Bots

    Fucking Cruden

  11. Starris ER Starris

    Why don't they start Barrett?

Care dropped completely? Or is he injured?

  13. Howe JHF Howe

Must be injured. The Care from the six nations has been a big loss to us. Last week was the worst he'd played for months.

  14. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

Yeah ATWA. He was at the heart of everything we did right in the first 15 minutes last week though. Then a couple of shit kicks in a row and he seemed to capitulate. I hope he hasn't just been dropped completely... Other than that (and maybe Webber-Hartley switch) its the 15 I wanted

  15. Hurricane JD Hurricane

Yeah those shit kicks detracted from his performance. But he looked a class above Youngs in the core job of clearing the base quickly. And with some exceptions his choice of who to pass the ball to was generally better. He is a keeper and I can see that on his day would be one of the better 9s going around.

  16. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

He was still a long way short of where he was at the end of the winter in the 6 Nations. Best performance from an England scrum half in a long time imo

  17. Droos JP Rhodes

Sense prevails with Manu back in the centres. He just didn't cut it as a wing.

  18. Hurricane JD Hurricane

I hope for NZ's sake that England win this one. Will give us a wakeup call.

  19. Droos JP Rhodes

It will be tight again I reckon.

I think we've got a chance - a side picked to do what we did in the first game, and a bench to add depth that could help us go the distance. The centers battle will be key imo. If we can keep Nonu and Smith quiet then we have a real chance.

The ABs are never out of a game though and they can create something from nothing in so many areas of the pitch that I still think we'll lose the series 3-0
