I always like the tail to hang around and IMO D helps them do that. If they're needed to try and hit they'll ignore the instruction anyway.

With the batsman - because your batting stops at 5, you've got a makeshift bat at 6 and 5 bowlers, it's important to ensure your batsmen actually stick around.

I'd suggest something like

5. Seymour (N)

Priority #1 should be securing a long term allrounder, even if you have to pay 200-500K for it. Although they're pretty fucking hard to find. I'll sell you one of my affiliate's ones if you'd like

If he'd been trained correctly he'd be mid-late level acc/acc with capable fielding now. at 22 with average exp. he's not worth it. By the time he's 'finished' he'll be at the same level as an acc/acc cap fielding of the same age (i.e. 1-2 seasons behind) except with more wages to get there.

I'd sell, not fire. I'll do a 'best xi' for you if you'd like when I wake it; it's too late now.

Really, I'd look to palm off all of the first group over time, and perhaps some of the second group. A lot of your players are about 1/2 or 1 season behind where they should be in order to peak well/maintain sale value but that's fine for now.

My best three bowlers are all spinners too. It's not an issue as long as your 4th/5th ones are seamers, just set up a dry pitch.
