    Gonna be a ****ing cracker. The best 2 teams in the comp in the gf IMO. The top 8 system has come up trumps this year IMO. Gave the teams in the top 4 every chance to go through. The best 2 teams went through because they stepped up when needed.

    The Dragon Army are going to be off the hook for this game.

    One bloke put 18k on his credit card and bought 300 tickets about 2 weeks ago. Going to be the best atmosphere for a rugby league game the world has ever seen.

    You agree because it's true. Everyone cried foul because the Warriors got knocked out week 1. Boo-hoo they lost to a shit team anyway.

    Panthers got 2 chances, one at home against 7th. Roosters beat 3 top 4 teams to make the gf. Dragons got a week off then beat 3rd who only just made that stage of the semis.

    Worked perfectly imo.

    Tipping Easts tbh. Not because of the 'choke factor' either; I just think that while they aren't the better team overall, they're the better team at their best or close to it, and I think that's about where they are now.

    Comparing the way both teams played this week, comparing the way both teams played against the same opposition over the last three of weeks (Wests) and even examining the Dragons performance against Manly, I just think Easts will have their number.

    Even as a honorary Easts fan this year though, I sort of hope I'm wrong. St George really deserve this one.

    Easts weakness is their bench props IMO. Kennedy seems to have heaps of potential but fmd he's young for a grand final. JWH is just ****ing shit though.

    What happened to Phil Graham? If he's available I'd get him straight in for that shit **** on the left wing. Graham may not be a winger and he may be horrible with his kick returns (simple, I'd defend Linnett on the wing) but he's more dependable than BJ whatshisface.

    Yeah, that's to be expected more times than not as you have the better team across a large sample size.

    They've lifted though. Reckon they're better at their best. Admittedly they were in top form when you won mid-season as well.
