They'll come right against QPR in 2 weeks. I reckon Di Maria, if used correctly, will add massive impetus to the attack. Wonder where they are going to stuff Falcao into the lineup!?

  2. Uppercut CB Faldo

Probably in place of one of the two big-name oxygen-wasters that have played up front so far.

I don't reckon they will sack Rooney since he is the captain and all.

  4. Lukic L Popovic

RVP's injured so he won't be playing much for a while.

  5. Frizzed WC Welker

Who said anything about sacking him ?

How many FUT coins do you think van Gaal has left?

The best thing about yesterday's win wasn't the scoreline, or the performance. It was when Phill Dowd fell over and 75000 fans all at once starting singing "are you Gerrard in disguise".

Was watching the game at my brother in laws, a die hard Liverpool fan. Needless to say I loved that bit!

Oh man. That would have been perfect

In fairness to him, he took it well!

Herrera's been pretty good today. Good to see him back playing, kinda felt like even without the 2 injuries he's had he's been sidelined a bit with the resurgence of Fellaini.

10 years under the Glazers now. Personally, I think they've been great owners - stayed out of the way of footballing matters and turned us into a commercial powerhouse off the field. We're looking at a 2nd consecutive season with a massive transfer warchest, and it's all coming out of club profit.

Interesting article about them on the beeb

Yeah, was never on board with the Glazer out brigade (helped they gave me a sweet amount for my shares TBH). Its not like the Edwards family were lovely people after all...

They got a lot of criticism because we refused to spend massively under the Fergie era. Obviously we had our moments but we never spent more than £50mill net which although on its own is a massive sum - compared to Chelsea, City, Madrid, PSG it was nothing. Personally my view on that was it was down to Fergie... if he'd have wanted to spend it he would have been able to

Yeah, Fergie always said the money was there. But TBH he did splash out when needed. Didn't we sign Anderson, Nani and Hargreaves in the same summer? Then there was £30m for Berbatov. Fergie wasn't scared to spend if needed, and it looks like the cash was always there. But some used his trust in the squad to berate the chairman....

Whereas now you get to throw it around on over-priced panic buys because of Ferguson's refusal to buy midfielders.

  17. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

I wouldn't say any of our midfielders were panic buys. Except maybe Fellaini but I'm very happy with that signing

  18. Furball G Furball

Mata was and you got hilariously ripped off by Chelsea.

  19. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

Hardly. Mata was a great signing

  20. Furball G Furball

For Chelsea. Cash in the bank to go out and get a proper midfielder like Fabregas.
