Haven't seen all of this, but man it's been average from the 20 minutes I have seen. Drop ball-athon and shit defence (NYC is like that though I guess)
This game is like someone taking a shit in their hand, and then being beaten with it for 200 minutes.
I'm really looking forward to seeing a try that doesn't come about purely from woeful defensive technique or reading. NSW lead 18-8.
Really expected better? The defence is usually not a highlight of Toyota Cup and now you have guys playing together who usually don't.
It's meant to be the best of the competition though, so it should be stronger than the average NYC game, and it's not.
I expected the errors and woeful defence. I didn't expect the body contact and speed though. That's been a pleasant surprise.
