    Wouldn't be a bad move, but knowing the selectors, don't think that is likely.

    They'll probably go with Mullen if Gidley is in the halves.

    It's not like we have many other options, especially against a front row like Queensland's.

    TLL or Douglas.. maybe. One of them two definitely should have been picked for Origin II because we only had three props in the line-up.

    Either way though, I think Poore, Bailey and Kite and NSW's three best props at the moment regardless of their performances in this year's Origin.

    Combine that with below par form of late, especially in his kicking game and he was never going to be picked.

    That said, if he gets picked for game 3 he'll still be nursing his injury through the game.

    Rather he doesn't get selected then. If he is carrying injury, we don't want to lose him for Knights game, and plus he'll just be used as a scrape goat.

    He needs a shoulder reco IIRC. Will get it as long as he can play with one shoulder. If he plays Origin, he'll go down IMO.
