    I watched Jack Reacher and The Hobbit yesterday.

    Jack Reacher - Was reasonably entertaining and had a decent story for an action flick. It was probably overshadowed The Hobbit, which was probably a step up in quality.

    The Hobbit - It was a bit too slow moving at times, but besides that I thought it was a good movie and a good way to start the series. I liked the effects and visuals, which I thought enhanced the viewing experience to a fair degree.

    Yeah, he was a bit. Thankfully he didn't have too many opportunities to let his personality shine through. It made him seem harder to connect with, but I saw that as a good thing. :p

    The only role of his which I liked was the one he played in Tropic Thunder.
