    So stupid from Neil, there's no way anyone doesn't take the fall there's and no way the ref can't call it. Such a shame as it was the last chance for our "golden generation" to really make their mark.

    Well he did win the Balon D'Or in the era of Nedved, Rivaldo, Figo, Ronaldo etc. and played in a treble-winning side as well as the Galacticos. Not exactly a bad career. Could have been better though of course.
