Don't screenie until after the draft, then you can give teams everything. Squad, kits etc. Then do some final editing, once everyone is happy start the simming.
Going to do kit screenies during the draft. This is actually easier since it reduces the amount of work in the period between the draft ending and the simming beginning. Just spreads it out a bit.

While I'm at it, let me clarify something regarding foreground and background. Background is generally the main colour. Foreground is the secondary colour. Think of it like you are painting. The background will cover most of the shirt while the foreground are the finer details. That said, Marcuss, do you want to change yours?
