    Iranian tycoon tried to take over Central Coast Mariners on my FM, promised to make 45m available for player transfers, while with a salary cap makes it sort of irrelevant, would of meant CCM would of got a fuckload of upgrades in terms of facilities, plus I would of fancied them to spend big on a marquee player since it's outside the cap.

    It fell through, but still, an A-League team could dominate with 45m to spend, just buy best players in A-League, keep them under cap and release all your own players :laugh:

    2nd season wasnt so good for my liverpool team hence his goal scoring record being down but in other seasons i used him to great effect, especially last season where he was EPL leading scorer.

    In A-League? Deadset never seen a tycoon or anything take over in A-League, mostly just director takeovers as chairman wants to step down.

    Would be potential domination if they did, granted there is a salary cap, but with 45m could easily afford best players in Australia etc, and depending on reputation could probably get an awesome marquee instead of some 38 year old hack

    Eek. Took the Feyenoord job. Didn't realise that they are paying of 30 million Euros in loans over the next two years...

    EDIT: On a brighter note, the team I left has fallen apart and will go back down to the Eerste Divisie.

    Oh yeah, it was Kaiserslautern's only shot on goal all game, compared to Hannover's 13 and they only had 33% possession.

    Home semi in the League Cup against Chelsea. Win 2-0, dominate start to finish.

    Away semi, 0-2 down after 2 minutes. Pull it back to 1-2 with 5 to play. Buttnah, Mata decides to hit a 35 yard bomb. 3-3 on aggregate.

    Extra time, Ben Arfa sent off early. Chelsea then run out 4 goals to win 7-3.

    Fucking bs league cup needing home/away semi's.
