    Can't agree with Hodges and Hunt. Both have won premierships, origin series and test series and have accomplished everything a player could ever dream of.

    K is a could have been because he could have achieved alot more of the same in his career and could have played on long enough to possibly be Club/State/National captain. He would have been moved into the forwards in a few years and I reckon he would have been even better.

    What if Hodges wasnt as injury prone?

    Are you people serious? Pomeroy is a horrendous player, I hated him at Penrith, was over the moon when he headed to the Sharkies.

    Incorrect, he is another one of those players like Steve Michaels that for some strange reason develops a bit of a fan base, despite being sub par standard.


    Also to say he is a could've been would be suggesting that he had some kind of potential that was never recognised, which is obviously false as he's just a slow big-ish visionless centre with many an error in his game.

    Pomeroy's not bad. He's tough to bring down and can hit the hole hard. There's a reason he's pushing for rep honours, and it's not the selectors incompetency.

    there was a hype?

    all he ever would have been was a solid player who gave 144% every game. Could fill fullback, centre and wing. Was safe under the high ball, deceptivly fast, VERY good defensivly. Not rep worthy, never would have been either, just one of those players who go about thier business. Luke stuart of the backs.
