    I doubt if he is mafia he would come out with something that bold this early as if we lynched Marcuss and he was town then Speirz would be lynched which would mean the mafia would be worse off overall due to them having less numbers than the town to start with.

    Yeah, indeed. But just because Speirz may not be bluffing with this, doesn't mean he is town. I am inclined to go with him on this though, regardless.

    The real question is, is this a mind trick from the Sith, or is there someone directing information?

    To me it's the other way, Maul has attacked someone and they've beaten him and dumped him on Hoth. The mafia might not be able to night-kill all the characters. I can't imagine Windu or Skywalker losing to Maul for instance. That said Kenobi dying from a bounty hunter doesn't make much sense, apart from the disturbance.

    I'd suggest that we don't lynch him for now, and have the cop investigate Baxter. If there's a guilty then we know we can probably trust the random messages we get.

    That was my assumption, and it makes sense. It would annoy me to see a Jedi Master killed by someone like Maul. I wonder if Mafia have to choose a killer, and the person they send will have a varying degree of success...?

    Yeah, I was just pointing out in response to Blunders post that I doubt mafia would make something like that up just to take out Baxter as they would lose one of there own as a result of Baxter dieing.
