What about those people who genuinely aren't good enough to get into a side but then move elsewhere in order to get into a national side? It happens IRL. I suppose it's just an arse to manage and it'd become a bit of a farce.
I can think of at least three people who changed provinces as they weren't good enough for their current one.
If I had the power in real life that I had here, it wouldn't happen. I think it makes international competitions a bit of a farce and I'll be avoiding it wherever possible.
If you really did only swap to get a game, then suck shit for becoming so awesome that you would've played for both teams anyway. Serves you right.
I don't actually know what my motive was for switching. I think someone told me I should put myself down for Asia instead. It wasn't specifically to get games, at that point Asia actually didn't play any games as a province
I do like supporting the underdogs though. And I believe I was rooting for Japan over the All Blacks in the WC lol
Ironically enough that's partly because he thinks the job market there is biased against Asians. He fits where he is.
The job market is biased though. If people have to put a fake name down just to get an interview it's rather stupid.
