Smalltown RPG Mafia: Game Thread

@Himann - Well, if you look at Jabba's role, then what was he up to all game. The only thing I can see that he actually may have done was end up levelling up Morgieb. I suspect he was actually roleblocked. And, I also assume that it would be ridiculous for Mafia to not be able to use their Town powers as that'd stick out like a sore thumb. All you seem to be lynching me for is that my Frost Mage power didn't work. If I wasn't roleblocked and I was mafia, then wtf did I do instead?

The only thing bad to happen to Town overnight was your random killing of Morgieb. Which given he voted for Jabba to be lynched (and I was in bed at the time of the lynching) why did you opt to take him out rather than me if you were suspicious of both of us. Instead, you opted to take out the town doctor. Nice work.

 

So far we have seen enough evidence to support the theory that the skills don't work if the player is mafia. This was the case when Arheiner tried to use Blunder's role and Jabba has avoided mentioning his skills by claiming being roleblocked. It's incredibly unlikely that mafia roleblocked their own.

Morgieb was a tad more suspicious than you were as he got levelled up as a result of Jabba's action. It's why I picked him over you.

From where I'm standing, everyone elses actions have been accounted for except you and Skippos. It's certainly possible that Skippos bussed Blunder but it's just more likely to be you as your action certainly hasn't worked and it doesn't look as though mafia have a roleblocker.

He only outed the people his report apparently showed once you claimed investigating Blunder.

 

Read back on all those posts, he played you there. He claimed you weren't visiting Cevno when you had already said that you weren't on him. He only outed his report once you came out with yours. Almost confirms the theory for me that mafia cannot use their usual skills.

It's just a ridiculous idea that Mafia wouldn't be able to use their existing powers in addition to any additional powers they get. It's such a bloody give away and given Mafia's lack of killing in this game, it'd make them ridiculously under-powered. Your argument is flawed.

I think you're the one playing town. I say again, the only people who've actually killed in this game are yourself and Arheiner. And somehow you're using this to justify me being mafia? Ludicrous.

 

Sigh. Good luck, Town. You're gonna need it now.
