    Ha..Ha... I aim to take at least one per season with my defensive medium pace. I am number 12 in the bowling at the rays based on current activity...

    I will probably need to find another pure bat to have the bet with.

    Yeah, on number of runs you'll have me as you'll bat every innings.
    Could go for average? I'll have less opportunities to bat for as long as you but am likely to end up with a few more not outs.

    So I know OD batting and bowling ranks were taken out because past OD performance have no part in the new way its done. But will they be making a return once some games have been played, or are they permanantly gone?

    As I told you last time you brought this up, one day cricket has NO effect on anyone's ranking at all. You are ranked lower because representative and miscellaneous matches no longer count; it's a BS/ALC rank ONLY.
