22m drop out, straight to Sam Graham. He runs at the Gamblers line and the passes out wide. Logan with the ball and cuts back infield. Another opportunity for a drop goal is looking on the cards here as Logan is tackled by Lewis.

Hutchinson again the man to attempt the kick. Not such a good connection but more accurate. Misses by 3m

...Taken safely by James McDougal. Good distance from the kick, but unfortunately for the Gamblers, Boy found the reliable hands of McDougal.

McDougal trots up to the line followed closely by a number of other Sharks forwards and willingly takes the tackle from Gemmell.

 

...The Gamblers forwards pile in, but to no avail. The Sharks forwards were there in force and they protect the ball shamelessly. The siren sounds and Hughes passes cleanly back to Logan who gleefully hacks the ball into touch.
