Scrum to Cricsim. A great shove by the CricketWeb front rowers. A bit of a hint at an early contact there, but the referee lets it slide. They've pushed the Cricsim back over the ball and they've turned this over, gaining 3 metres in the process.

Mark Phifteenplus gets the ball off the back and sends a pass to Ivan Ryabovol. Ryabovol opts to kick here for the CricketWeb XV. He's trying to Kick for Touch. He's failed to find touch there, the ball remains in play and possession is conceded as Rabbit Boy scoops the ball up. The pressure of a counter-attack looks to be coming.

No such luck. Henry Marshall is tackled brutally by Volt Man for the CricketWeb and a ruck forms. The ruck is contested and the CricketWeb players pile in. I think he got a little isolated there, and they've turned the ball over here.

Marshall gets up after that, but looks a little dazed. That tackle came out of nowhere. CricketWeb have averted the danger.

Mark Phifteenplus with the ball on the run here. He's already gained 6 metres. It looks like he's going to be tackled by Matt Dorn but he manages to offload to Sam Somerset in time.

Sam Somerset now with the ball on the run for the CricketWeb XV. He's gained 9 metres. It looks like he's going to be tackled by Ryan Gayler but he's too quick for the big man, evades the tackle and keeps on running.

Sam Somerset with the ball on the run here. He's already gained 7 metres. Geoff Smith comes in for the tackle, but Somerset gives him the fend. G Smith's slowed him down though, and probably averted the try there.

Ivan Ryabovol is tackled by Ryan Gayler for the Cricsim and a ruck forms. I'd have said that Gayler was offside there, but again the ref hasn't seen it. The ruck is contested but the CricketWeb show good ball security and extracate the ball from the ruck.

The ball eventually comes to Kyle Wright who opts to kick here for the CricketWeb. He's trying to Kick Downfield. What was he thinking there? He had plenty of space to work with, and he's overcooked that kick.

Sam Somerset is tackled by Luke Tyson for the Cricsim and a ruck forms. Good tackle by Tyson. The ruck is contested and hotly so, in fact, this is a stalemate. The referee calls for a scrum, and he's judged the ball was on the CricketWeb side, so they'll get the feed.

Phifteenplus takes the ball and spins it to Ryabovol. Ryabovol has seen an opportunity here. Kao's making a darting run up the blindside. He spins a risky inside pass back to Kao...

Easy take there for the Cricsim. The ball secured easily by Donald Boland.
Boland turns and the forwards wrap around him and a maul forms. The greater experience in the Cricsim forwards is starting to tell here. This maul is rolling towards the try line. Time after time, CricketWeb forms hit the maul, but fail to time their efforts well enough to slow it. The maul's only a foot from the line here. Boland makes a break for the line and dives for it!
Poor defensive effort on the line there from Portillo. Looks like he tried to tackle Boland's head with his thighs.

The ref's seen enough, he's not calling for the TMO.
