How did Australia look in the first half?

From what I've seen England looked better.

  2. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

Yeah need Fiji to hold here. This will be the last drive

  3. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

Haha heart in mouth when Fiji tried to run that out! Great news that they failed to get the 5, looked pretty nailed on at the start of the second half

  4. Fiery GR Smith

Pretty shithouse performance by the lollabies.

Foley kicking another goal when Aus were 12 points up and had 3 tries seems kinda dire now

  6. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

Obviously worried about Fiji scoring but yeah Id be frustrated about that if i were an Oz fan

  7. Notsure SM Green

Yeah but to be fair we should definitely be scoring a try in the last 37 minutes. Puts us at a bit of a disadvantage if us, Wales and England all beat each other.

Fuck off Gatland. Haven't you got a World Cup to plan?

  9. cloughie09 TJ Clough

Oh shit, fucked that up lol forgot he wasn't in the squad, either way drop both centres and bring new ones in

It's times like this I'm glad I'm a civil servant and work in an asbestos packed building...

Goode on the bench to inject some pace, obviously. Jesus wept...

This lineup upsets me so much

  13. Eddie EI Morris

Very happy with the decision to bring Farrell back in :)

Burgess I'm fine with, added quite a bit off the bench last week for you guys. Barritt on the other hand.....hmmm.

Barritt at 12 I can almost accept - he does a job shepherding the defence and adding dummy runs. I'd prefer anyone else there but I've moved past tearing my hair out over it now. At 13 though that's another story. Brad Barritt must be the worst 13 we've had since... well Brad Barritt.

Especially since Burgess offered so much as an impact sub last week. My preference would have been Goode a long way from the 23, Slade at 13 with Burgess on the bench to come on for Barritt if we're losing or Slade if we've a narrow lead. As it is we have noone who can come on from 11 onwards and make an attacking impact on the game and that really worries me

Joseph is a huge miss, let's be under no illusions about that, but when we turned over the Leekists at their shop in the 6 Nations it was at least partly because we'd added a player with a little pace and guile at 13, not a big, huge lump who's solid in defence.

I'll be honest and say I haven't seen much of Slade (thanks BT; bastards...), but from the little I have in the French warm up & what our cider-drinking brethren have said he seems to fit the mold more than Barritt does.

Barritt is like Lanky's security blanky.

I'm sick of being all Cassandra on Burgess tbh. Fuck it, you're playing for England, you're my guy. Let's do this shit

    Fuck that's embarrassing.

Hopefully Wales put up a good fight. Don't think they'll beat England but you never know.
