14 min: BigDougy being patient as they stay inside the attacking half, waiting for an opportunity. Taylor sees Azpilicueta running from Vargas and chips it over to him on the right. Azpilicueta drills it low into the 6 yard box but Ruffier deflects it... straight to Balotelli!
Ruffier is able to scramble back up to his feet and save it well. Great work from the goalkeeper. Balotelli could have done better, though.
43 min: Jose Angel heads the ball into the penalty area where Hangeland should be free to get it before Ruffier can, but it looks like Sergio Ramos has tripped him and he goes down. Play on is the call!
54 min: Chiellini puts Balotelli into space with a great lob. Taylor will not beat his pace and he goes one on one with van der Sar
56 min: Balotelli receives the ball at about halfway and the defenders can't keep up. Taylor eventually manages to shepherd him towards the right corner. He drew Jose Angel and Hangeland out of position though, and now he crosses it low into the 6-yard box with Sissoko running on to it.
71 min: Nani has a free kick on the left wing. It curls beautifully to Jovetic and Chiellini standing next to the far post.
