Oh yeah for sure they're all pretty horrendous but Klein does it week in week out. The issue is theyre letting other Calls from earlier in the match influence their decision making and creating a bias regardless of who the teams are. For example, if they've blown more for a side they'll automatically be inclined to square up or give a soft penalty so to speak. In terms of ruck penalties I agree something has been said to them. Often in matches over the last few weeks there has been different interpretations applied in different sets. One set could see you allowed to wrestle the attacker after held was called and in the very next set as soon as held is called you're told to move off straight away. It has ruined the flow of the game.
