I like Benji more then Hayne but I like Parramatta more then the Tigers so I hope Parra wins. Post probably came out like nonsense jibber jabber but shit happens.
Firstly - let me say, yes I know players should give 100% no matter what position or for who they are playing. Ok, now to the point. Moltzen is playing fullback a postion which he isn't exactly comfortable in considering the halves are where he should be plying his trade. Lui, an obviously inferior half to him currently holds the spot in which Moltzen should be playing. In effect, he's dogging it at fullback (in the knowledge he's too talented to be dropped) whilst knowing that Lui will fail sooner or later at half, meaning sometime in the future the spot should be his. This might not exactly make sense, but it's the closest way of describing why Moltzen is playing below what's expected of him. The fact he's a shit fullback altogether adds to that as well I guess. Now that he's back in the halves, watch him play much better than he has in the past and put in a lot more effort.
Parramatta star Daniel Mortimer has been ruled out of Friday night's match-of-the-round against Wests Tigers at the Sydney Football Stadium with a virus. The Eels five-eighth was spotted at the club’s Parramatta headquarters on Friday and will be replaced in the starting side by interchange utility Kris Keating. Parramatta coach Daniel Anderson will name another bench replacement one hour before kickoff. Tigers coach Tim Sheens is expected to trim Daniel Fitzhenry and Junior Moors from his six-man interchange bench.
