Philippines Rugby League

    Story in the paper today about Matt Srama trying to put together a team of Filipino. So far he has himself, Kevin Gordon and a variety of NYC and reserve grade players.

    Thoughts on this? Not quite sure what the point is to be honest. They would be better off trying to get league bigger in China or Japan IMO.

    Yeah forgot about Craig Wing. Srama intends on getting him in on it as well.

    And on the while China/Japan thing, just referring to the League looking at expanding there whether its through a small competition there or whatever. Don't really mean the NRL expand there, just Rugby League in general. A little more work in the States would be helpful as well, they have a comp going on at the moment IIRC.
