Some decent signs there for Penrith since Gould got involved and the club getting stronger in general. I wonder how many opportunities exist in the Sydney suburbs for clubs to do community work and get some government $$ like the cowgirls. Sharkies and Manly not looking overly good. Need to make the Tiges the Magpies again too.
