This is the first 2K game ever that I can say I kinda suck at. Dunno what it is, but my defence is down, my shooting from deep and rebounding better but much worse around the rim, which is my thing.
Same here. I picked this up for my X1 and I expected the same dominance from 2k14. I had to drop the difficulty down until I get used to it. Assists are down, rebounds are up, finishing at the rim is better though that's not really my style of play. I find contested shots are going in way more.
Had my best game today: 35 points, 0 assists, 0 rebounds, 0 steals, 0 blocks, 0 turnovers. So frustrating. My scoring alone has been enough to bump Thomas from the starting lineup and me into 6th man.
Really fucking love this. The addition of the new shot timing indicator is awesome. Feels a lot harder/ realistic. Not 60 point games straight up. Love the fact you're a low 60's player and have to work up instead of being a solid role player (70's) like previous editions. Currently on my 2nd 10 day contract with Orlando. Don't feel like I have to carry also. Actually playing the role of a benchy. Stats are realistic after 6 games played: 16.8mpg 9.8ppg 4.7apg 0.7spg 0.8rpg 0.2bpg First year I can be as realistic to me too (19 years old). Although being 5'10 has had its disadvantages - getting pinged for allowing o rebs.
I only played every fourth game but my guy only averaged around 28 mins, 13 pts, 6 rebs and 3 asts lol When I actually played it was more like 20, 12, and 5 still age because I was playing like 38 mins when I played haha
Starting to get more assists now with icon passing. Directional passing just was super inaccurate even with my pass accuracy up. Most balanced game so far: 20/6/6.
Had my best game with my PF/C. In my 4th year, playing for Memphis, versing the Pelicans. 37 points (13/16 fg, 11/12 ft), 5 assists, 20 boards (10 off), 3 blocks, 2 steals. Cop it Davis.
