http://forums.sidheinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=30746 Vodafone Warriors Steve Price has set a record for most metres gained by any forward since detailed statistics were introduced in the NRL. Initial data from NRL Stats on Saturday night's 12-2 win over Cronulla credited the 33-year-old Price with an incredible 311 metres from an equally astonishing 32 runs. The figures were subsequently confirmed at 306 metres from 33 runs, both marks setting records for a forward in the NRL. Previously this season Price made 272 metres in the home victory against North Queensland, but has now become the first forward to break through the 300-metre barrier. His was an even more exceptional coming on the back of his exhausting efforts for Queensland in the second State of Origin match on Wednesday night. NRL Stats lists Justin Hodges as the all-time record holder for most metres gained in a match with 349. --------------- Lol at Google linking it to Sidhe. That was in 07 it seems.
I wonder if I could find the Justin Hodges game and see how many runs he made so I could see what his average was per run.
Nah I reckon they'll try to mould Hoffman into another ball playing option and leave more of the kick returns to the wingers. Especially when Lockyer retires.
I hope not cause he really doesn't have the base to work on. He can pull a good pass out but vision and ball-playing sense aren't his forte.
