    Rage at losing because of a unique secret character fault vs. rage at a pretty common mafia role are two different ball parks in terms of how deserving they are.

    Mortal Kombat was an epic game purely as it pioneered the rest.

    Went from vanilla/basic & boring setups and games to some advanced and convoluted style, a style that has stuck around since then. Doubt mafia would be near as interesting now if Lukic hadn't taken the massive step up with MK that he did.

    I'd actually say Eds did more for innovation that Lukic did. Lukic's was the second game ever iirc, and the first one was mine, which was purposefully dumbed down because it was the first game ever on the site. The standard of game was always going to improve from there.

    Was yours then callum's. Both were so, so basic. Lukic's was like going from under 16 E grade cricket to first class then eds' from first class to test.
