Would be your call on whether you think they could adjust to play 5-day cricket again. Personally, I'd be a lot more confident in McGrath doing a job for me than Dilhara Fernando, so I'd consider someone like him as a pick later on the draft. Would not be my first pick though.

Yeah it's not really fair I play as I'll be deciding all the simming averages, based on statistical formulas and in extreme cases just flat-out opinion. It'd give me a significantly unfair advantage.
