    If Shiv was town and knew morgie was a mafia, he'd have given his name up as a lynch target. And clearly one maf isn't going to kill another out of the blue. So either

    a) Total shot in the dark from Shiv, who is town, paid off or

    b) Shiv, who is mafia, just tailored morgie.

    They're both dead though so what good does that do? Give the real Green Arrow a free pass? I don't buy that... and I don't see what the point in him framing someone post death or what it does for them
