Another win for us, but individual some poor performances out there. Not sure if I need to change my training focus again to fix my ongoing slump offensively. Might have to consider Furball to start if I keep this up. He's been playing pretty well lately.

Tough match against the Mustangs this week, hardest matchup will be Wheels/Furball on Welker. Just need to hope that our advantages in other areas make up for Welker's dominance. Wheels is running on thin ice though for his starting spot.

Gun win, lads. Good to see Narang getting 11 boards and me (hopefully) getting out of my shunting slump.

Hopefully I tighten up on D, because Welker scored too many points against us.

    6-0 :toot:

A very impressive performance from Ridd again, Wheelson had his first decent game for a while so he'll keep his spot for next week. Narang getting on the boards like old times is good but not a whole lot else from him, hopefully he can improve back to somewhere near where he was last season. Shocker from Furball, but forgivable as he was up against Welker for most of it I assume.

    Hammer MVP:
Last week noone apart from Son really deserved any points for a poor performance against the Seahacks, but I'll go with
    3 - Son
    2 - Farhat
    1 - Wheelson

    And this week:
    3 - Ridd
    2 - Son
    1 - Warrington

    Overall
    15 - Son
    6 - Warrington, Ridd
    5 - Wheelson
    3 - Furball
    2 - Farhat

Hurricanes next week, some interesting matchups there, will be a good tester as to where we are in relation to the other conference, seeing as we don't play the Mo's or the Tigers until much later on.

Let's hope we only keep improving our game. Going to be very tough going against the likes of the Mo's and Tigers later on, but we can bring it. We have enough talent in both our front and back court to give every team here a challenge (and hopefully a loss on their record :p).

    What's MGR?

Also reckon I should work on my perimiter D at some point in practice?

    Oi cunts.

Stick to shooting practice or work on perimeter d?

Yeah, would say D after what happened last game.

  16. Furball G Furball

In fairness that is against one of the best in the league. But will definitely switch at some point.

  17. Mariner CL Warrington

Hmm, wouldn't be so rash due to last game. This week will probably be a better show due to being up against Fung, though if Ames is at the 3 for a bit we may have some problems. Will be the hardest matchup wherever he is though.

  18. Fungus K Fung

    Oh don't you underestimate me!

  19. Reagan Wheelson RDP Wheelson

Very true, that. Wasn't saying you're terrible or anything, because you're doing pretty well so far. Good D is something every player should work on because it's just a good thing to have, IMO.

  20. Mousey AJ Son

Furball isn't the best defender tbh. And with the way his shot has progressed I'd be jumping on D personally.
