Cawse has won matches for me singlehandedly a number of times, with both bat and ball. Tindall has outstanding captaincy and is awesome. Gilmour was an overpay but he is my best batsman. Also, I had just earned 2.3mil from selling a youth pull so I did have money to burn
Wow 2 million for a pull. Why i love FTP is because it is easy to get a okay team pretty quickly and is based more on tactics.

Battrick requires over 2 years to get a decent team and FTP requires about half a year with effort to be able to compete with some of the all right people, i love the commentary of the game.

Battrick confuses me and makes me angry (no offence). My account is long gone now. Guess it's preference I suppose.
I have an account there just gathering money for when I have time to have a look around it I find FTP much better anyway.
FTP is much more involving than Battrick, especially with the training and youth teams. There are quite a few FTP'ers on here, but a lot more people are really into Battrick.
What I struggled with was the training on Battrick, how you to hire staff and what not. I wasn't too sure how best to train my players.
Yep, the training/netting aspect of Battrick takes time to get....that's why I prefer the FTP training system. If FTP could sort out the finances...i.e earning money, sponsorship, transfer market, it would rule over Battrick.
