    I just looked back to 2005-2006, thought Essendon had been better over that period, but they were completely shit.

    IIRC North have only won one game in finals since 2000.

    It is a pretty pointless statistic to be honest. The only one that really matters is the time we got thumped in 2012 cause really majority of the group has nothing else to do with a lot of the finals.

    Same goes for Essendon. Only about half the team they had playing when they got thumped in 2011 will be playing tomorrow night.

    They are all just statistics for the sake of having statistics.
