Played a game on UT in the starter cup and beat Bolton 17-0, got the keeper to score. It's on beginner or amateur or whatever it is but was hilariously easy, didn't even need to sprint :P Love it so much though, I had 13 but skipped 14 so 15 is a big upgrade.
Was tossing up between this and NBA2k15. Although seeing as I have Fifa 14 I will probably wait till the new year.
So many cards in general. There seem to be a noticeable amount of poor decisions coming form the ref tbh. I also don't understand the keeping. Sometimes they make incredible saves then will just let the ball dribble past them other times. So frustrating. Find it so difficult to score against good keepers using incredible strikers, and then a 60 something striker will score a cracker against an above average keeper, which can also be frustrating.
Love it though. Have an ongoing scoresheet with a friend upstairs and he's winning 13-8 at the moment.
I've had the exact same experience. Finally went on YT and found out how to score with regularity. The normal power shot has been massively down-graded. Power shots across the face get saved with ridiculous consistency. Every keeper turns into Spider-man. In close, you go near post with a very low power shot, or a finesse. The keepers turn full retard with ground balls from close range. Outside the box it's all about the finesse. Scored some ridiculous goals over the last few days with Messi and Neymar, playing against my mates. They can't do em so I've been carving up.

Scored from like 35 yards on the run with Altidore the other day. No finesse, just power but man it was nice. But yeah finesse shots are the way to go, just cut inside and curve it in.
My internet cuts out for like 10 seconds every 5 minutes or so which means I just don't bother with online apart from UT occasionally and sometimes I get too frustrated and stop.
It does annoy me how little things change from different years. Finesse shots used to be fucking ridiculous, the right angle and you slot it from everywhere. Then they panned that for about the last 3 editions making you get used to having to slam the ball home to beat the keeper. Now they always save things that aren't finesse. Frustrating.
Yep. EA is retarded. Afaic when you're one-on-one with the keeper or in the box, in front of goal, with time, you should pretty much have to drop your controller in order to miss. You should not have power shots rocketing in and still being saved, from that distance. Those were gimmes in 14 and they still should be. Why are they saved yet pathetic pea rollers just seem to find the back of the net all the time? I saw some cunt the other day almost score a pea roller from outside the box. It was disgusting. Keepers turn full retard with ground balls even from ridiculously acute angles.
