Easiest way to remember it for noobs is exactly what the symbols say. -7.5 (minus 7.5 points from Dragons score, if they're still ahead then it's a winning bet) In this case they weren't and it was a losing bet. +6.5 well you get it If the plus is after i.e 13+ or 19+ then they need to win by 13 or more or 19 or more... etc etc.
Possibly - there was 20 seconds left, they wouldn't necessarily have scored/kicked the penalty, but yes they didn't get the chance.
