    Obviously, but why are we having to pay for it. Surely there's something tangible we are actually paying for. Is it the hours hes working on it, or..?

    I don't understand exactly what we are paying for, so basically we are just paying for program he is going to make us right? Why does it cost so much, is it because of the hours he is putting in to make it or are there special things he needs to make the program?
