But we've got to pick 1 player from each team.

Ward >>>> someone like Treloar or Davis by so much more than Selwood > Bartel.

If I get the 9th best Geelong player, I'm in an infinitely better position than if I get the 9th best GWS player; and the same amount of blokes will be picked from both teams. Better to tie off GWS now and get a class act.
