Yep, but that's exactly it, ASADA have fuck all evidence of anything. The ICAC had fuck all as well.

All they have a whistle blower, and that means fuck all - his word against theirs.

We've got a situation where players were taking substances that weren't on the banned list in 2010-11. These substances primarily sped up the recovery from injury, and 14 players have been identified here. Of those 14, 6 have been alleged to have continued using the substances after they were banned. That's the key issue here. If they can prove that, they're fucked. But they can't prove squat.

That's why they offered six month suspensions to all the players, and that's why every player involved has told them to fuck right off. They've got absolutely nothing on them that would hold up even in an ASADA tribunal, let alone a court of law if the players took out a class action.

This isn't going to just "blow over". However, they've got fucking nothing. And the ICAC announcement is just mounting more pressure on them, but all they've got is hearsay and scare tactics.
