    Astele in for Spark for Game 2. Bowlers did well, middle order batting was embarrassing though so a change needed to be made.

    Nah I don't tbh; that's why I've just slotted him in as 6th bowler in both innings. I just think he's the next best batsman. He averaged just under 61 with the bat in the ALC this season just gone, and he would've been in the team based on the strength of his batting alone to begin with if he wasn't so poor with the bat for NZ A.

    Astele isn't going to bowl. Like, maybe 4 or 5 overs an innings or something, and even if he couldn't do that then Hall could anyway. And you're not anywhere close to being the next batsman available - there are probably 30 blokes or so better with the bat than you who aren't even in the squad.

    Damn, wasn't fast enough in making my smartarse comment about being able to take lower order wickets, just as well as Harps (after all that's all he did (face) ). In fact I specialise in that. :p

    And my batting is more useful for tail wag/stabilisation after collpase :ninja:

    An opening bowler who only took tail wickets :p

    All I need to do is bowl 6-8 overs at the start, then wait for the tail and finish them off to fill your roll :p
