I don't think it's unrealistic to suggest that if you skip training for two weeks, you'll be rusty in the matches played over those two weeks. Given he quickly reclaimed his spot in the top 20 where he was previously and it therefore didn't affect him long-term, I don't think there's a problem there.
Just going to say that the last time i was about to make my debut bad things happened so hopefully they wont happen again
Great. I'll let the stars selectors know that they're better off selecting someone other than me for the week after next.
Hmmm, Chris Tremlett hasn't trained for god knows how long but I'd still expect him to come back and be better than Jade Dernbach.
Yeah and Chung was still better than whoever the equivalent of Dernbach would've been. The drop in activity sparked a drop in form but it certainly won't happen like that every time.
Not necessarily. If you've shouldered a heavy workload then the opposite could easily apply. I don't think the balance is quite right personally, but won't be losing any sleep over it.
I'm going on holiday in a few weeks time >.> I expect I will fall rather far in that time then =\ Good to see I'm in the reckoning for this team though
