Had thought of picking him ahead of Bess a while back, but there was a difference between Cricket Archive and CricInfo that put me off somewhat. He can bat and different type of spin to Bess so they should complement each other.
Nauman was even better than Bilal this season and was also awesome the year before. A much better spinner than Bess IMO.
Given Heath has Bhuvi at 7 currently I think Bess was a better pick than Nauman at the time. Bhuvi is an acceptable 7 at this level as long as you also have a good 8 to compliment him. Bess for all his mehness as an offie so far scores plenty of runs for a bowler; Nauman is a 10 at best. And he ended up with both anyway.
I don't want to be one of those, and we have till end of Jan, but does feel like selection has slowed down quite a bit... almost like people have run out of their favourites and losing a bit of interest?
Yeah there's a whole preseason tournament, then a couple of games after that. You'll get between four and seven practice games depending how you do in the ones that are played for something.
If Dhok’s last pick was skipped, is he auto skipped when he’s up next? Also - is this a bit of a worry now? Hasn’t been around for days to pick
As long as he still hasn't made his previous pick, yes. You don't get skipped just because you timed out last time but you do get skipped if you still haven't made your previous round's pick. I think that's what you meant anyway but I thought I'd clarify that given how you phrased your question. Yeah if he gets triple-skipped I'm giving the team back to ES. Hopefully @Cabinet96 can get in touch so we don't need to do that though.
