Gambling/Fernando Torres. I used to work between 11pm-6am at a servo a few years back and i'd always get stuck in that sleeping pattern on my days off so i'd get bored and put money on EPL matches which were always on around these times in Australia. 1 of my first soccer bets was on Chelsea/West Ham to have more than 1.5 goals. I had like $500 on it @ odds of about $1.35 Anyway, I was cursing and what not watching the game because Chelsea lead 1-0 with only about 5-6 minutes left and Torres went through on goal, the ball stuck hit a soaking wet spot around the penalty spot and he overrun the ball, I yell thinking the chance is gone but turns spins and smacks the ball into the bottom left corner of the net for my bet to win. I've had a man crush on him ever since. I didn't know until a few months later but that was Torres' first goal for Chelsea.

 

Torres = god

 

Too bad playing for Chelsea has ruined his career.
