Stupid question tbh. It is HoR not HoRs. I only want one person in each role for a reason. For example; if you were to have 3 CoS's they would not do as good a job as 1. When there are more than 1, they need to confer to make a desicion, with one, a desicion can be made on the spot.
Bit contradictory when you've appoint 2 GB CoS' and Spartans have 2 head coaches... all be it one backs one forwards.
There is not two GB CoS's. You're an assistant. Spartans will need to pick on Head Coach in due course.
But HoR is different to CoS. Obv you can only have one CoS but I cant see why you cant have two HoR? There wont be a discussion if one feels like they want to sign they can sign. Our teams built on trust.
