Strongest batting? Rohit Sachin Chandigun (+ maybe) Pretty good I feel, but there must be better out there for sure. Not having an AR or opener also hurts us. All the ones we were aiming for have been picked :/
Think my team is fairly standard, do like my batting though. Veri and Chewie's team look pretty weak in my eyes.
Yeah I agree. Certainly not claiming to have the best but think its reasonable especially when my 8/9 will be excellent batsmen for this. Aware their batting is irrelevant to the strength of my bowling attack but I'm just saying that my bowlers aren't just bowlers, more strings etc. I think I've gotta nail most picks from here on to even be a shot, mind. Picking ab fucked me over urgh Also quick question - what's the deal with retentions for further seasons? Like is it a stupid idea to shy from oldies or would it be worthwhile (ie do we keep a v. Similar squad next season or not?
I think it'd be stupid to plan ahead for further seasons at all given the track record of this competition in general.
Hall's probably going to be our fifth bowler, batting at 6 or 7. Philander/Birch is fucking decent as an opening pair in this, and I'll still pick up a decent third yet.
