    Yeah Mcguire and Berrigan have really proven to be the difference in NZ and Parra's seasons, not to mention the impact Winterstein and Tate have had on the Cowboys.

    Parramatta certainly wouldn't have won as many of their trials as they did without Casey. He won the 2011 Hughesy Medal for the best player of the trial season.

    People on BHQ are saying that if/when Bennett comes back, he should be a "coaching director" of sorts and that we should give Griffin a proper go as coach. I agree with them. Bennett to look over Griffin and help Lockyer learn the biz at the same time.

    Will never happen. Bennett will be the head coach of somewhere and retire from NRL in a few years and then coach QLD then become a commentator.

    Well yeah, obviously. It's early days, but I've been really impressed with our commitment in defence so far. If he can improve the attack and keep up the good defence, I think the people in charge might really consider something like that as an option.
