Yeah Borisc at 3 doesn't sit right with me in a development XI. I don't mean to publicly have a go at anyone but ALC is for development and we're hurting Modcat especially by having him at 8, especially when Borisc was brought in to bowl only.
I haven't seen that lineup yet but given we're aiming to be competitive in HP and it's mainly activity borisc at 3 is laugable sorry mike inb4ragequitidontmeantobeacuntbutihaveapoint
I don't mind it so much in the ALC even though I disagree but it's ridiculous in the Plate to have someone like Jager pushing for HC selection averaging about 150 in the competition batting six where, given the strength of your side, he might not get a bat and if he does he might only have five overs to face. Even if Borisc absolutely kills it in the Plate you can't even pick him in the Cup; it's important to give the guys pushing for selection an actual chance to push for selection.
Fangs v Punters Ochocinco, Tuladhar, Borsic, Force, Evans, Townsend, Adams, Ardley, Starris, Veza, Humble Slippy, Short, Chance, Read, Eightyfour, Volavola, Johns, Hallett, Rocker, Wilkinson, Robinson Of all sides, the Fangs have been the biggest disappointments this season, hampered by their weak balance and certain players underachieving. In contrast, the Punters have yet to drop a game and have recorded some big wins. But will things change? One thing which could harm the Punters is Adam Vago's injury. This has forced Morgan Burridge into first grade and forces the Punters to use two makeshift openers. No doubt Daniel Veza and Simon Humble will like this. It will also be interesting to see whether the Fangs middle order, which has fired blanks, can perform. In a very tight match, we predict the Fangs to win by two wickets thanks to a big innings from Lloyd Townsend, but John Wilkinson will also take a five-fer.
